Booking FAQ
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
We recommend it for interior work so we can talk through colors and access, but it's not required for most exterior-only estimates. Let us know in the notes field if you'd like to meet us on-site.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just call or email us and we'll find another open window — most reschedules can happen within a day or two. See our full list of painting services if you're not sure which one to select.
Is booking online the same as requesting a quote?
Yes for new projects — booking online schedules your free, in-home estimate. If you already have a quote, use the same calendar to lock in your project start date instead.
